I only wish that the storage area doors weren’t left unlocked at night and weekends when the front office was closed. I felt vulnerable in there after hours since anyone off the street could get in.

Needs to be a bit cooler in the inside climate controlled storage area. Need garbage cans to throw away small trash or such. Should be area to purchase bottled water or vending. Thank you. All was good.
I moved out of my unit aug 19th 2020, went into office and told them I was moving....asked if i needed to sign anything, the staff said no and blew me off. 2 weeks later I get a call from a manager asking if I had.moved out of the unit. My move was finalized 2 days after that sept 1 2020. Im disappointed in the lack of communication and the laziness of the employees who couldn't complete my move the day I actually moved out.

I was very impressed about how professionalism treatment I had. In my opinion is one of the best service I had., in North America. People there are very friendly ready to offer you a good time an affordable business, which can be a good note or an example how to do a professional business. I totally recommend this facility. My only problem is when u call u get a call center and u can not get ahold of someone there. I had my car there waited all day for a call. No one to answer if it was ready.
