The 30 day storage came in handy because we had no more room in our car after moving our son from Durham. I was so stressed about the move but the U haul staff was great in assisting us.

It was easy to get going and Jeremiah and a lady in Greenville were absolutely fabulous in explaining everything to me and also I was able to get a free month of storage. Which was so valuable because we had a couple of items that couldn't fit in my car.

The staff at Petersburg Virginia I gave them a 2 the staff was not helpful at all. I never will never rent or pick up or rent a truck from that location never and will never recommend any family or friends to go to that one.

Nicollette D. | Online Move InI would recommend the storage part of U-Haul but I would not recommend truck rental from the beginning no one knew what they were doing took me hours to read the truck and the price was exorbitant on in the Connecticut store I came to pay thousand dollars cash and the other The other 400 on my card all of a sudden you guys are not allowed to do that but they didn’t know what kind of business are you running if you don’t tell your employees what the rules are about paying for a rental truck and then when I got the truck he didn’t tell me I had anything about three month rental on the other end so you guys need to get your act together I won’t be using you guys again and I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone.
