I received multiple messages and calls and emails up to ten days after my rental stating that I had not returned the vehicle when I had returned it the same day I picked it up. I spoke to three different customer service reps who all promised they would call this location and find out what happened. No one ever returned my call. This location was so careless with my return even though I could have been charged hundreds of dollars in late fees.

Location cashier said that they were in the process of starting to offer uhaul and had not been trained yet so he wasn't much help and there was no dedicated area to park the truck
Jeremy HallHow about not sending a location to me that says to drop off and when I go drop off the lady had the nerve to smile and lie to my face saying they don't do uhuals anymore and told me to call the uhual so I called the number from the email I got from uhual and guess who's phone ringged while I was in the gas station in Dalton ga. Her phone was ringing and I looked at her and asked her to stop her shit. And she smile and was nervous trying to come up with excuses to get me to drop of at a different location. I took all pictures and videos and recorded her talking to me and on the phone with someone who works with her. And I recorded her taking the key. I'd like to contact the supervisor of uhual or someone that's above this lady so I can make a report against her and will be sending my proof
Lillianna MohrI believe I was billed a double rate for the rental. I have reached out to customer service and have so far not received a response to my concern. I will it be using U-Haul for my rental needs in the future.
Steve McClureI was informed that I was going to be charged an extra $199.00. When I told her to wait until I called uhaul she went ahead and charged me. Then I left my car keys at the counter. When I called she informed me that the keys where thrown away. So not only did I have to get maintenance to let me in my house I had to pay another $200 to get in. Worst experience of my life and I will never use Uhaul again.
