Truck was filthy. Mud all over the back. This made keeping the home clean difficult. Back steps were coated in dirt. Also we drove up to 100 mile and the truck was not equipped with winter tires or chains. This should be a must.
judy T.I was booked for a Surrey pick up. I then was rescheduled to Langley. Once I showed up in Langley I was redirected to come to Abbotsford. I had no choice of pick up location and had to pay extra in gas and time to drive out of my way for this truck.

Clayton T.Rude, awful service, should not be a uhaul partner. Got angry at me on the phone and told me to call other people to figure out how to get the key, signed up for early pick up days in advance to be told early pick up was not an option and had to pick up key from under the uhaul partners house door. Didn't put dolly in the truck, lift gate was frozen shut. Overall terrible experience will never book from bradner store again!
