When my wife picked up the truck they didn't give her paperwork. After we dropped it off we where tagged with a $25 fuel charge although we had fueled the truck.

AKIN O.Not the location's fault. But this is the second time I have rented a truck for the same route. Each time I get a nuisance charge for being over the mileage allowance. An adjustment should be made to these calculations. It's not a big charge but it is annoying
WILLIAM W.It wasn't a business type location but the people there were very nice and helpful. The truck had about 200K miles on it and you could tell. It was a little rough. Still it worked very well for the short trip I needed it for.
