When I picked it up, although I had a reservation, they said they were open. Had to do the transaction over the phone with some lady. Same issue when I return. They said I would have to keep for an additional two days. I did not accept that and eventually was able to connect with someone to return the rental.

I would have given this establishment a better rating but my credit card was compromised right after using it here. Even though I reserved with the card on line, they took my card and swiped it. Later, I was contacted by American Express who noticed a fraudulent charge on my card. They are pursuing the criminals.
Mark M.The trailer decals were peeling, they did not have the furniture dolly I reserved,(and paid for still) two of the furniture blankets were wet and unusable. But the ladies that helped me were AMAZING
