TONYA GI would absolutely recommend this pickup location and have only given the experience 5 stars because of Mr. Bernard. He went above and beyond to help us pick up a truck, even working late and after hours, giving us his personal cell number because U-haul made our experience a complete disaster on the corporate end. They had technical issues with the website and app that happened checking in and out costing us HOURS (3-4 on each end picking up and dropping off). We were very displeased with U-haul, but would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Bernard and his location for service!
