I rented a cargo van for a few hours. Pick up and drop off were easy. The gentleman at this location was very nice and helpful. There is limited street parking so I suggest having someone drop you off.

Emily L.1. I had to make multiple calls to customer service because the app said I didn't have a reservation. 2. The furniture pads I ordered were missing. 3. A dolly, which I didn't order, was in the truck. 4. Customer service said I would not be charged for the furniture pads or dolly, yet my final receipt shows I was still charged. 5. The truck had a very strong odor of smoke in the cab. Since we couldn't stand the smoke odor, we just ended up turning the truck in the same day rather than keeping it until the next day as scheduled.
