Everything went smoothly, the automated setup Was probably the most difficult part as it required me to take pictures of the rental and it was a bit of a snow storm

ROBERT WI reached out to Dun Gud Auto Detailing after using the app. They took care of me. I waited a little to long to reserver a trailer but they made sure I had one. I would definitely use them again.
TODD RU-Haul corporate needs to figure somethings out. We were contacted 1 day after we booked our 26 foot truck and told we would have to drive 20 minutes to get a truck. After 30 minutes on the phone a truck was located. And then the Tuesday before pick up we were contacted and told we would have to go to a different location. Maybe U-Haul needs to not move trucks around when you already have rental agreements on them. Shannon at Dun Gud was amazing to work with! U-Haul corporate not so much!
