Improve the app. I could not complete registration on the app, as well as the completion upon return of the truck. Neither could be completed in the app, and that was troublesome and disappointing. Upgrade the app capabilities for a better user experience.

I clearly confirmed to the person assisting me at the location that I’ll be dropping off the truck at a different place, and still they did not mention that in the pickup details and not I am charged an extra 200$, this is totally uncalled for and not fair.

JOSEPH AWas initially charged for 2 days for a 1 day rental. Also, charged for premium insurance coverage during the transaction. I was not informed nor given a choice of coverage. Won't be going back to this location again. What a shame.
