the only thing nice i can say is the pick up was smooth. nice older gentleman. truck itself, over 140 000 miles ran rough, wasn't clean and smelled. but all that ok. dropoff was horrendous. another guy, unshaven smelled like he hadn't had a bath in a week and simply grunted. refused to check me out, told me he "...i have it covered..." and said he'd send receipt via email. I said I wasn't in a rush, please check me out. again he refused. keep in mind I am the only customer, no one in the parking lot, etc. after a bit more grunting i left. no surprise, the guy added over $50 in charges including "safe trip" coverage I didn't ask for, and not one, but two handtrucks. criminal. I have reported to this business to the BBB and plan to file a suit in small claims court.
