We arrived after hours and the check-in by phone was one of our easiest so far. I wasn't exactly sure I was at the correct spot but did find the key drop off and a place to park after walking around. Only recommendation would be to have signs posted for drop off locations to make the process less questioning. The survey would not let me close without answering; "Was location clean and inviting" and 'Were personnel helpful'. Based on what appears to be a busy location with the host company's trailers everywhere and a burned-out mobile home on the side of the drive, I chose "No"... it wasn't bad but initially in the early evening and with no one around, things were confusing and gave a kind of sketchy feeling. No one was there at the time of drop off was why I chose "No" for helpful personnel - I'm sure if we arrived during business hours they would have been just fine.

Nice folks, very helpful but this location is very crowded with trailers, trucks everywhere. Use caution!
Paul BHe immediately looked into our problems and did a check out inspection. He put it in system and still it did not put this truck out. So it was going to be rented out to someone else with this problems. That is horrible.
