The uhaul smelled horrific of cigarette smoke, and when we arrived, they had no idea if we would even have a truck. another gentleman showed up at the same time for a truck and he was told "well just give you this one since you're here" which may have been our truck, but who knows. The woman at the desk was extremely friendly, but unfortunately, twice, belittled herself for "just being a woman". She needs more confidence and maybe not let the guy looming over her the whole time making sure she does her job right, have any say in her as a person. If she had help, she couldve had the uhaul cleaned so we wouldnt smell cigarettes the entire move, but unfortunately, in her own words "shes just a woman". Very sad.
