The representative who confirmed my appointment set it up incorrectly so I was not able to pick up using the app. Even if I was, the previous customer was 45 minutes late returning the vehicle. It was a frustrating start.

I made a cash deposit and I didn't receive a refund of the amount in my account, I called, and still nothing, it was the 25th and still nothing, and I told them that I would pick it up in NH and deliver it to Framignham, I asked for 50 km, and they charged me a price that I don't agree with. Kara DTruck floor was dirty, covered with some type of stone/sand dust. We had to unroll our carpets so that boxes and furniture wouldn’t get dirty. Also, blankets, which we reserved online, weren’t available.
