Instructions for self check in were unclear and pictures were inaccurate, I didn’t feel safe leaving my car in the lot, did not hear back once I asked to hear back from the manager regarding my contract

Over all the renter is nice and professional! the location is not all well. All the building in the shopping center are closed so it’s hard to know if it is trusted.
Vivian CThere were three engine lights on including the low tire pressure. There was no box to drop off the keys even though the sign says 24/7 drop off. I was also charged $15 for insurance that I did NOT request or authorize!!
Melahnie BI have not gotten a refund for the dolly I rented and was not in the truck..I had to go to another location at the last minute. Terrible inconvenience..The truck was also dirty. I gad to clean bedroom planks and trash out before I could use it. Worst Uhaul experience I ever had over 20 years using Uhaul.
Tamaira SThis location falsely accused me of driving 83miles when in fact I drove roughly 11 miles total. They didn’t even request I take a picture of the odometer prior to leaving but have the audacity to accuse me of driving 83 miles. Wtf is wrong with yall???
