The manager here at this location showed up Sunday afternoon while I was almost done dropping off the 6x12 I rented in LaVergne TN. He proceeded to explain I need it to park the U-Haul else where, which we did, me having almost no experience backing up a trailer, I asked him to do it for me, BIG MISTAKE. He proceeded to tell me he was gonna scratch up my Tundra, which he In FACT did scratched up the whole passenger side up against a trash dump. He then apologized but did absolutely nothing else & proceeded to tell me he was sorry but that he knew he was gonna scratch my truck but did it anyway. I'm extremely pissed off at the ugly scratch & will request this to be fixed. If you need pics, I got them. It was the manage at U-Save in 1203 Opelika Rd.
