Area is dangerous location I kept drop off compound was full with junked vehicles and over grown grass. Not a good feeling being there. Definitely NOT family friendly.Francisco L.

Very unhappy with the service. You all over booked and changed my location and pick up time. The location where I picked up the trucks didn't have the three dollies I requested. Won't ever use y'all again. Spoke with corporate and they didn't try to fix the problem. I will not recommend you all and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.Lareque D Y.
Personnel (5) were all watching TV and drinking when I got there, none of them paid any attention nor tried to help. When I told them I was there to drop off a trailer only one of them responded and verbatim, he said "We don't have any space, just take it with you." There was plenty of space available, after much insisting he finally stood up and decided to do the drop off paper work. Terrible experience.eduardo V.
The drop off location did not want to accept the trailer and told me to go to another location because he did not have room. That is because the lot with the trucks was packed with cars waiting for repair I guess. Anyway I said no, I have a contract that states this is my drop off location and if you have an issue with that call U-Hall. I had to squeeze my truck into the weed infested dirt lot to drop the trailer off. The the person I was talking to just walk off and I said Hey, we need to do the paperwork to return the trailer. He said it is all taken care of and continued to walk away from me. I was furious being treated this way by the U-Haul team. So I called U-Haul and learned the the trailed was not returned in your system. Unbelievable customer service.Darion W.

I had call 1-800 general # 3 time to obtain the truck. The decide goto lunch 10:30 am. Did not receive truck after 1 pm on Saturday. The 1/2 doze pad dirty and not fold. Never received contact therefore when stop in Meridan MS the guys provided with informationOra G.

There was a lock on the trailer which made it a struggle every time we had to open and close it. We used this to transport chair and table rentals for a wedding and one of my employees was struggling to open the door once (because of the lock) and ended up slicing her finger. It was very frustrating and now I have an employee who with a bandaged hand. This trailer became more of a hassle than it was any help. The gentleman at the pickup/drop off location is always kind and helpful, but due to this incident, I don't think we will be using a UHAUL trailer for our events again.Amberley A.
I arrived a few minutes before my 10:00 am appt. I had to look for someone to help me and then was told "he's running late and I don't know when he will get here". The facility was run down and appeared to have either been infested with or previously infested with rats. Very unclean, unorganized. Had receipts with personal information lying about with unattended guests (myself and spouse) Mr. Gonzales's computer wouldn't work and had to do the rental over the phone. This began at 10:26 am. i left with truck at 11:45! The staff on the phone checked in the wrong person, the one arriving at 10:20 and sent them on their way while I was still waiting. Why make an appt if no one is going to be there and you have to do the rental process from beginning over the phone?? I had reserved 24 blankets and only received 12 of the 15 they had on site; half of mine were given to the individuals who were checked in before me (Really??) I WAS CHARGED for 15! and not happy about it. I was told to drop at one location in Boerne and found out it was a totally different location no where near where I was and almost did not make it in time to drop off. Jennifer at the drop off location was very helpful and kind. You all should employ more people like her! I won't be using Uhaul again as a result of the POOR service and unclean facility of pick up.linda B.
Called day before to make sure okay if I picked up a little early and was told not a problem. Got there 15 minutes early and was told by another employee that the guy wasn't there and that he would be there in 20 minutes. Basically dos everything on phone with a uhaul representative because his computer didn't work. They did not have the correct dolly that I ordered and did not inspect truck with me.Brandi B.

I was surprised to know that a mechanic's place like that could be renting U-Hauls. Way below average and the comments made about the maintenance of the truck especially the steering were not taken into consideration. careless people.MARIA C.

First off this location looks like a junk yard and is unprofessional with multiple safety hazards on the property for customers. I set up an appointment to pick a truck up at 9 am on Saturday 8/29/2015. I had to call the owner at 9:20 am because no one had shown up, and there was a line of folks waiting outside to pick up UHauls. Apparently his brother didn't show up and I had to wait another 15 minutes for him to show up. In addition I was an hour late to the job to serve my customers due to this delay. In addition the mileage on the truck was different than the paperwork. I only drove 37 miles with the UHaul I rented, but was charged for 89 miles at $1.19 a miles. When I picked up the truck I was told for having to wait he would knock down the mileage price to $0.99 mile. I have called the office several times the past couple days to correct this matter and keep getting voicemail. At this point I would like compensation for my lost time and mileage fraud.
