Drop off via online did t work as expected, system wouldn't accept the picture of the dashboard. The person on duty couldn't explain it.

Customer service needs improvement. I tried calling multiple times to extend my rental during their posted business hours and no one answered the phone. I ended up having to call a corporate office to extend my rental. Upon returning my rental they were not willing to process my return of the truck stating that they were closed and would take care of it in the morning even though they were not due to close for another eight minutes according to their posted business hours. I received my receipt via email the next day and I was charged a fee for after hours drop off.
