Be sure to keep the lock mechanisms on the key pick up box well lubricated. Mechanism was stuck for me and took more than considerable efforts to get box unlocked.

Moving truck was filthy --- dirt everywhere and the truck's storage floor hadn't even been sweeped out. Checked a box upon drop-off indicating that the truck wasn't clean in the hope that it would be cleaned for the next renter. Instead, the app added a $25 charge for cleaning. Indicated in drop-off notes that the truck was filthy at pick-up and didn't expect to be charged for the lack of truck preparation on Uhaul's part...no adjustment to the bill or contact by the rental location or Uhaul customer service. Poor bad service and a money grab for no service provided!

The uhaul website and app are so full of bugs that it took over an hour to get the truck. When I wanted to enter a dispute with the truck being clean, it would just blink a blue box over the upload photo button which forced me to just say it was clean. I lost an hour of my rental time messing with the horrible app/website. Also, the last time I rented from uhaul, I got charged twice for the same auto hauler. I've been trying to get a refund but uhaul had made multiple mistakes before that mistake, causing everything to be so confusing nobody at uhaul seems to be able to understand what happened. I have contacted uhaul and got connected to a manager who was rude and acted like I was bothering her. This, of course, was after an hour and a half on the phone with uhaul. Thanks for stealing my money, wasting my time, and treating me poorly when I try to fix your mistake. I will never rent from uhaul again.

The gas was on the same level when I picked the truck up when I dropped it off. in Avon Ohio. They are telling me it is lower. And the mile limit was higher then what I drove .
