Did not receive dolly i ordered. No one on site to help.
Latoya RApon arrival there was no one is the building I waited about 30 minutes until someone unlocked the door, I booked at 2pm paid 100$ deposit for 50 miles I only used 6 miles and was charged for 6 gallons of gas. I got 22$ back and on top of they went to lunch at the time of my return at 2pm waited for over 1/2 a hour till someone returned and they didn’t finalize my return till after 4 pm.
SHAUTE HThe U-Haul application process went well. Truck was on site and key was prepared. Truck was dirty. The most challenging aspect is the location of the site. I would not suggest going there on your own or after dark.
Laurel HThe lady told me to drop the truck before 12 pm which I did actually at 11:45am I was there till 12:30 and the location was closed and I got charged extra when I returned it in time!
