Just the entire customer service experience was poor. The location is a heavy equipment rental that also rents uhaul products. It took 45 minutes to get Checked out after I preregistered, uploaded a copy of my license, etc online. After I paid it took another 20minutes for the guy who runs the yard to find the trailer I reserved. I just felt the location was not sensitive to my time or schedule. I wouldn't recommend or suggest this location to anyone.

joe mActually include the lockbox code with the pickup. I don't appreciate having to spend an extra half hour standing in the parking lot, trying to figure what the problem could possibly be. Stay on top of your affiliates.
