Very long time required before we can leave with the truck. Not the location's management fault. U-Haul's rental system is way too complicated. The employee had to be on the phone with U-Haul for 40 minutes to confirm everything and we had to allow the employee to take pictures of our driver's licence. What privacy guarantee do we have ? The truck was dirty inside. First and last experience with you.
