Not lie to them! I was told by U-Haul that all it would cost me to rent the truck was $29,99 plus some taxes. The end charge was almost $250. I was not told that there would be a mileage charge by the U-Haul representative! I will never use U-Haul again!!!!!!!

!! the site was fine. What needs to be fixed is the Uhaul app locking up during checkin. It stops uploading pics, requiring the app to have to be shutdown. On relaunch, the trailer shows checked in. That's ok...I take pics to keep in case, but it's really the only real hiccup in Uhaul's offerings. Otherwise, great experience over 10 or so trailer rentals in the last 5 months.
Timothy IRate for truck was over what was advertised . Rental tax of 18.15 was not discussed at time of rental. It was brought back 21 hours early but I Was charged for 2 full days. Be upfront on all possible charges
