Vehicle Was IN NEED OF FRONT WHEEL ALINGMENT VEHICLE DR IFTED FROM SIDE TO SIDE.. THIS BILLING WAS WAY OUT OF LINE FOR THE TIME WE USED IT. APPROX. 5HRS. THE PEOPLE AT . I requested and paid for equipment that was not in the truck as well as charged for equipment I didn't use but was also charged for. I ordered furniture pads but they were not in the truck. Then I was charged for a dolly which was even in the truck if I wanted to use it. total rip off. I requested a refund but nothing. No communication. Very disappointing.deborah C.

The only difficulty we had in obtaining the vehicle was when signing off on the agreement there are two agreements scrolling down and then checking off the boxes this had to be done five times before the agreement went through it was very frustrating and took up an extra 30 minutes of a valuable time frame Other than that it was great to be able to pick up the vehicle on a weekend when the facility was closed easy enough instructions online but maybe the instructions could be posted at the facility near the vehicles in case the person has an issue with there cell phone just a suggestionFred L.

Joe ( I think is his name) handled my reservation there. Uhaul was unable to have a truck for me at my reserved time. The regional office had poor customer service and had a very nonchalant attitude. I was able to work things out with the Bellingham location and am forever grateful for their wonderful customer service.Susan M.
This was the worse U-haul experience that I have ever had. Ordered furniture pads and there were none in the vehicle for me. Vehicle was filthy inside and out, including the dirty, used covid mask that was thrown on the floor. Called U-Haul and complained and was told that a supervisor would call me but that never happened. When I returned the truck, online stated that someone would contact me within 48 hours. That never happened. I will no longer use U-Haul and will let friends and family know about my experience.Mark B.

The drop off process showed a picture to drop the keys in a box. Unfortunately, the picture was not of this specific location. It caused only a minor delay in my drop off, so not a huge issue.Timothy T.
