Everything is above par. One comment I wanted to make was, before picking up this van at this location, web site wanted me to pick up van at remote location with my cell phone. That van was not operational so I have to cancel that reservation and than do this one. Overall I will recommend uHaul to all my friends.YATIN T.

Agent was polite, but when I first came, the place was open but with no one inside. Had to wait about ten min for him to come. The truck had someone else's dirty mask in the glove compartment, and the dolly and pads I reserved were not available.Val S.
I chose a drop off location in Basking Ridge, NJ and at some point my drop off location was changed to Bergenfield over an hour away. This is absolutely unacceptable. Called customer service and both of the people I spoke with were incredibly rude & called me a liar. The last one said I would be charged extra if I took it to the closer location but refused to give me a dollar amount. Additionally the van was never full and at many points wouldn't go over 40mph. It made a horrible noise if I tried to go any faster (I was on the interstate this is very dangerous). The van swayed aggressively like the tires needed to be realigned. The van told me the oil life was at 5% and that is pretty unacceptable I think to give to someone traveling almost 1,300 miles. I was also never offered any sort of toll pass option which I have previously been offered with local rentals. I went though 8 states. Avoiding tolls is pretty difficult with that much travel and trying to get to my destination in a reasonable amount of time & miles. There was someone's used face mask in the car which leads me to believe they didn't clean the car very thoroughly. Will not be renting from uhaul again.Megan B.

The clerk who gave me documents to sign and handed me the keys, was not wearing a mask. I asked him to kindly put a mask on and he refused. This is outragous to me during Corona that service providers refuse to wear masks.Yehuda M.
I would do it again, but because we were moving a lot of things like mattresses I feel it was too dirty. Could have a leaf blower and blow all the dust out of the uhaul after use. Quick minute would be much better.Leonard B.

When I returned the van I was told that because I did not top off the fuel U-haul would make a HAUL and charge me $5.50 per gallon plus $35.00 refueling charge. In my case that would be $ 57.00 ..That's nonsense! I paid $8.70 at the gas station. That part sucked! JCJoseph C.
Truck was not clean. I swept before and after, including inside the cab. Ordered blankets but wasn't given them. The gentleman I returned it to took them off my bill, but the furniture I moved was damaged as a result of not having themDonald B.
