Store owner was late, keys were not in drop box so we could not collect the truck on time. Owner did not even apologize when he gave us the key, as if we were bothering him. Store owner did not check in our U-Haul when we dropped it off, we received notice of late rental return because of this. U-Haul customer service was very helpful to get in touch with the location owner. This U-Haul truck had a service light on the dashboard upon pick up, transmission was slipping.

LEOPOLDO HI made a booking for 10am, there was a sign on the door that said back in 5 mins, this was almost 11. I waited outside for 20 minutes after calling the number on the sign for the guy to arrive "I'll be there in 2 mins". He said they open at 11. Took another 15 minutes sitting inside for the keys. Truck was parked in an almost impossible to get out of spot in a tiny lot. Truck wasn't dirty but wasn't clean. When I came back to drop off the lot was almost full and I had to do crazy parallel parking to fit it out of the main drive way. Also I didn't sign up for safe move and one of the dashboard lights was on, I took photos of everything before and after.
