The equipment was to be picked up locally in Livingston Montana (we were told that there was a one way trailer available at this site), only to find out that it wasn't. We were not contacted directly about it from the dealership, but from the main number in Billings with only a few days notice. We had to go to big timber which is 35-40 miles away …. And picking it up on the Monday that we were leaving (the site was it open on Sunday) and then have to load it, etc delayed us leaving. It was stressful!!! We barely made it out in snowy weather. We should have been told IMMEDIATELY from the start that the equipment wasn't available at that site in Livingston. The dealer in big timber was fine, though.
