Van was not clean. Tire had to have air put in . Left turn signal did not work.

Kristy B.Went to pick up at this location and i had everything correct on the initial quote and then he ended up making some changes that cost me extra 80+ dollars. My drop off location was Morrisville NC and he put down Moorsville NC which was 2 hours away and when i called support to get it changed they changed it and they asked what my address is where i am moving and i provided it with the zip code and the rep stated its 1,4 miles from where i live only yo find out she changed it Moorsville NC 2 hours away and so they charged me for the extra milage.
