The location was closed at 1pm on Friday and my reservation was changed to that location at 12:40 after I had arrived at the original location. The lock to get the key was not opening at first, so we struggled with it for several minutes. Cell network was not good in the location, so trying to do a mobile check-in took way longer than it should have.

Be at work and open when the customer comes to pick up trailer. Check the turning signals and break lights and not have the customer hook up the chains and cables alone. Have an employee to load and unload trailer on to ball hitch. Do not make your customers feel lime they are bothering you by renting. Clean trailer,fix broken parts. I would not rent again and would recommend u haul not allow you to handle there products. I will be telling others to not use your location.very bad experience as u can tell by my comments.
