There's always a problem when trying to check out the vehicle, the vehicle is never clean and I asked for a hitch and they said they would provide it for me and it was not on the truck. But this is the only place that always have a pickup truck available so I must continue to use this location.

John B.The contactless check in was terrible. There were so many steps to pick up the vehicle I felt like I was on a Scavenger Hunt. I will only rent again if there is an attendant. The lot was too small and in very poor condition. There are uneven surfaces and tripping hazards. The U Haul vehicles are crammed in the lot. This lot needs service and repairs immediately.
