When trucks come in they should be checked mechanical before being sent out . Truck is a piece of garbage. Will never rent from u haul again

It was a mobile pick up and the keys were not in box. Not knowing the office there was for U-Haul took a bit to get keys. The dolly I ordered was not in the vehicle. I also brought the van back early (45 minutes) and was still charged however at this time there was no one in the office.

It would have been easier if the U Haul rep I spoke with on the phone was helpful, but she was honestly extremely confusing and not very nice.
