The UHaul app and self checkin/out process is terrible. I arrived on time to pickup a truck. After providing all of the information I was told it would be 1-4 hours before they could call and verify my reference. I will not use the app again.
Nick KOffice smelled like cigarette smoke. Was charged an extra $8 for safe move that I did not want and I declined when I made the online reservation
DAVID VWhen I booked reservation, I chose the option to pick up the keys from a desk, and to receive furniture pads. When I got there, there was no desk. I called the location's number, and was told it's a fully automated location. I called Uhaul and, after almost an hour, had my reservation switched to phone checkout so I could access the keys. There were no furniture pads, or any way to get them. The inside of the truck was dirty, and it was low on gas.
Nathan SClosed on weekends. Never received an email but the box on the side of the building gave step by step instructions on how to return so that was very helpful. A worker got to the truck and apparoved my return really fast with no issues. Small area to park a truck but nothing real negative to say.
