Waited 30 minutes speaking to reservations to complete the mobile pickup due to an error in the odometer reading from the previous rental. Then, upon pickup, another 30 minutes with reservations to process/log the return for the same reason. This should've been fixed prior to the vehicle return. Mobile pickup was highly inefficient for this reason, especially when my small children are growing restless while I'm on hold. Otherwise, location is ok and truck was great.

A more "user friendly" and uncomplicated Mobile service to access the Keys and Lock Combinations, would be adviseable. The only reason I was able to get the above mentioned info. was because I happned to meet a former user, along the way. Other than that! It is a good service, especially for Off Hours.
Jerome SIt was very difficult to return the vehicle after rental as the parking lot was full of cars , very busy location with lots of car and truck traffic.
