There was no one at the pickup site. And I did not get the email that explained how the pickup procedure was to be done until 20 minutes AFTER what was supposed to be my pickup time! And then the packing blankets, furniture dolly and regular dolly that I ordered were not in the truck. I had to go to a different U-Haul location to pick up those items.

This location is almost impossible to find, even with a map. I dropped the truck that I rented at this location after hours, but luckily during the daytime because I never would have found it in the dark. Nothing is marked and none of the buildings have business names on them. If it weren't for the two other haul trucks in the snow beside the building, and the uhaul key drop box on the back of the building, you'd never no there was a uhaul at this location.
