Lady was 40 minutes late to an 8am pick up, sent our calls to voicemail multiple times, barely apologized for being late, delayed the move by an hour basically, which totally screwed with key pick up at the place I was moving to. Told me I would have to pay more to bring the truck back when the previous day I was told this would all be covered due to a mix up on uhauls end. So so so disorganized, considering I booked way ahead of time, and followed all proper “check in” steps online.

Emmanuel KI GIVE MY ALL PAYMENT DETAIL TO THIS SHOP AND THEY DEDUCTED PAYMENT WHEN JUST PICKED UP THEY CHARGED $87.17 SOMETHING CHARGE, WHEN I RETURN UHAUL BACK TO SHOP AND THEY SEND ME NEW RECEIPT CHARGE $66.50, THEY NOT GIVE ME BACK MY REMAINING AMOUNT
