The equipment I paid to rent for my move, was unavailable and there was no loving equipment at the location. I was inconvenienced without the moving equipment I ordered.

After I made the online reservation, my pickup location specialist couldn't complete the transaction online. We had to call U-Haul and I had to submit all my info again to the customer service rep. Awful experience!
