Make your drop off procedure much easier and less time consuming to do! The photos I had to take took a long time to upload because my phone didn't have good WiFi in this location. If any cell providers don't have good coverage at a location, the location should provide WiFi a customer can use. My suggestion is to recommend the customer drop the truck off, take photos p, lock up the truck, drop the key in the key drop and just tap a bar on the app that says “My Truck is Parkedâ€. The truck can't go anywhere after that and the dealer can verify the mileage and fuel gauge in about 10 seconds next time he opens. It took me an hour! I did good personal assistance from an employee when I came by to how and where to drop it off a few days before I dropped it off.
