Scott RThe store appeared to be dirty & disorganized, however, the people where very friendly and helpful. All of the newer trailers use cables and S-hooks instead of chains. The problem is, the new S-hooks are all LARGE and will not fit on my Atlas (which came with the towing package - not an aftermarket). They helped with with finding a solution - which I very much appreciated. PLEASE - keep some of the older chain connectors on trailers or else use smaller S-hooks. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue and it makes it extremely difficult to rent a trailer!
Kim Athe lady at the desk did not know how to finisg setting up my tental. she had to call her son who is the manager and have him guide her through the process. I was there almost 2 hours waiting. I was not toke I had to set up the tow for my car. I had never sone this before so I had to wait for someone to guide me along.
