I would recommend this location, the people are very friendly. The only thing that I have found frustrating is that they never answer their phone, it always goes to the fax machine. I had to drive there in person to book the u-haul.

These smaller locations have young personnel who know very little. I wanted a furniture dolly and he had no idea what I was talking about. They have no supplies at this location, ie blankets, mattress bags, etc. As well the fuel had not been quite filled. I travelled only 35 kilometers and toppinng it up cost me $33.00....there's no way the truck could burn that much.

It was a little confusing, as there were uhauls parked outside the building next to this location, and although there was a sign for uhual it didn't occur to me that I was to go into the gas station to drop it off, but a quick phone call to the location and the guy had run around to the back of the building to tell me where I could park the trailer. Perhaps a sign on the side of the building directing us into the gas station would be useful, or perhaps I am the only person who had difficulty. Great customer service

This location has a very nice racket going. All trucks are parked on slopes. The only place on the property that is level is right at the gas pumps. You have to be extremely careful with the staff, if you return a truck after hours.The staff will check the fuel gauge in the morning, while the truck is parked on a slope, then charge you for not filling up. I added more gas to my rental truck than I used. I returned the truck the same night, and bought gas at their pump, right before parking it, and called in, in the morning to request my total bill. I was sent an invoice with a charge for not replacing the gas I used. I explained that i did pump gas and verified it before parking the truck. I was told it was not their problem, there was nothing they could do, and that if I had any problems, to call the Uhaul toll free number. I undoubtedly would have been told by the toll-free support that I was out of luck, and it was too bad; maybe next time replace the gas I used. I documented and took pictures of every step of the rental. Pictures of the gas gauge and odometer when picking up, the gas gauge and odometer when dropping off, the thoroughly cleaned cargo box, and the exterior condition of the truck, where I parked it, and of the premises with the truck returned. I also took pictures of all paperwork, including the receipt for the gas I purchased at the end. I idled the engine for several minutes after the gas needle had stopped moving to verify, and then I took a picture. I told the clerk I spoke to in the morning that I would head right over to show him my documentation. I had to leave in the middle of a job to correct his incompetence. He quickly amended my bill while I was enroute and resent it. When I arrived, he acted like he'd done me a favor by correcting his mistake. I told him he likely checked the gas gauge with the truck parked on an incline, and this would have been the cause of the error. His response was that he pulled the truck out of where it was parked to check it. This was a blatant lie. I don't appreciate being treated like a fool. Had I not documented everything, I would have been wrongly charged, and then ignored afterwards. I have been renting vehicles for decades, and will continue to rent from Uhaul, despite this experience. I don't expect you folks at the Uhaul Head Office to read or address this review, but know this: should any of your locations attempt such a clown show with me again, I *WILL* post my experience on every internet medium I can find. In addition, I will send all details and documentation to the media, and you can explain your brand's lack of professionalism to them.

Have all windows cleaned of all debris . Make sure all lights on trucks are working before they are sent out. the truck I had rented didn't have signal lights working or brake lights and even the hazard lights were not working .Found this to be very DANGEROUS !!! This is up to the Company to check not the Customer to find out after he has left the rental lot .

I spoke to this location prior to drop off to inquire on a change of drop off location. I was succintly told to call the head office with no further reason or explanation as to why the only way to change my drop destination was to sit on hold with a 1-800 number. When I did drop off the trailer the gentlemen were professional and helpful in unhooking the trailer

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The most rude foul mouthed ignorant repersentitive of a company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing. Will never go to this location again as i don't appreciate being disrespected and threatened i hope that no one has to go thru this with uhaul.

I returned my Uhaul at this location using the after hours Dropbox. As noted above, the Uhaul I rented had the wrong KM out entered into the system and the Uhaul person was checking me in was unable to change these KM to be accurate. He said he would make a note on my contract in the system. Needless to say I was wrongfully charged for the KM used and am still waiting to hear back from Uhaul at this location regarding reimbursement. They were quick to take my money but it has now been 48 hours I have been waiting to hear about their error and to receive reimbursement. Also, on top of the $40 late fee and the incorrect charge for use of KM, I was charged another $15. There was no explanation of this $15 and the charge certainly was not authorized to be taken off my visa. If it was, it was authorized unknowingly; as in I was misinformed about what this charge was for by Uhaul staff. Again, I am still waiting to hear from Uhaul at this location regarding this charge.
