Check out process was awfully long and extreme unnecessary delay and verification. The truck had no gas upon pickup and ran very raggedy. I was unable to use truck at all and still charged an overage. I selected mobile check in and was not given option to take before pictures of truck, mileage or gas.

patricia R.The inside of the box smelled like cats. The fuel gave did not work. While trying to fill the truck up to the 3/4 tank it started with, I turned the key on. The gage went up slowly and stopped at 1/2 tank. Then the hose stopped pumping fuel. I reset the hose and it still would not pump fuel. I turned the truck off and back on and the truck went to full. That is about $50 more fuel then It started with!
