The truck had 1/8th of tank of fuel when I picked it up. I left a 1/4 tank of fuel when I dropped it off and was charged $24 for fuel. When I printed my receipts the fuel marked down was reversed. Not very happy I was charged for fuel when I gave extra fuel in uhauls favor.

I was charged over 200 dollars for fuel when I brought it back with more fuel than it had when I picked it up! I have pictures to prove it. This is ridiculous.
James MSelf check out was a total disaster, the app is not intuitive and kept getting into an endless loop. The owner was not on site and did not have a phone number posted, fortunately the man who owns the antiques store next-door, knows the owner and called them. It took 45 minutes to get checked out and it was only possible because the owner answered the phone. I would not have been able to get my rental vehicle if not for that. It’s not the location owners fault that the app is no good, but since that is the only way to check out, it has to be a part of my rating for the entire location.
Michael HI was unsure of exactly where to leave the trailer. After attempting to park it with others on the property and almost getting stuck in the mud/lawn I parked it on the opposite side of the building.
