Wayne H.As I went up to the front station to inquire about renting a U-Haul truck, Events had his bulldog and a trailer where the trailer front door was not secure, and the screen of the door had a hole in it. Vinces bulldog jumped out of the door and was trying to attack my puppy that was in the arms of my employee. I was extremely terrified. Secondly, Events explained that I had to bring the truck all the way back to him after I was done utilizing it, which took me over an hour and a half. I found out later that was not the case. I could've dropped the truck off to a neighboring partnering U-Haul facility, I wasted a lot of time that could've been put towards my work. I will never use this facility again and I will definitely tell my friends and family to stay away from this facility!!!
