Went in to the convenience store and wasn't sure I was supposed to be there. Had to go in and out a few times to check the signage jut to make sure before someone asked me what I wanted. Guy I gave the keys to haggled with me over the gas line. Told him to just bill me for the $9 he wanted just to get on with my life. You people sure are stingy because I have a picture of it right on the line when I turned it in at the final mileage. Makes me want to try penske next time.

ALEX HWe had a hard time finding where we got the key. The app was glitchy. The truck itself was disgusting, my husband had to kick a dirty rag out of the driver seat. Might need to throw those shoes away now. The truck didn’t sound right, it had a hard time accelerating. We weren’t sure if we were going to make it up a hill. The location was so sketchy, we didn’t feel safe leaving our car there. They left us with no gas then charged us $106 to refill their tank even though we got the truck on empty. Overall, would never do that again.
