Originally booked at a location in Dayton, was told I would have a truck by moving day one week later. When I didn't get a confirmation call we followed up there only to find out we had been booked for a Reno pick up. After 3 calls, an increased truck size That we didn't need, extra days we didn't need, and another location change we were able to pick up the truck 2 hrs later than we wanted to start. Basically, if you aren't going to have a truck available don't offer that location. Merci
