This should not be a drop off site. There was NO ONE there, no signage, instructions, or key-drop-box. We waited in the heat trying to get ahold of anyone to help and after being on hold for half an hour finally ended up having to find another uhaul location to attempt to return the keys securely. This was an incredibly terrible experience, from the return site that looked abandoned and unmarked and vandalized, to the abysmal customer service when we finally did get someone on the line to talk to.
