MICHAEL EWas a great experience, super easy and when I needed to change the pickup time they were very accommodating
ANTHONY VInformation provided at pick up location was incorrect. I booked 2 extra days, due to hurricane milton and was told that, I would be reimbursed if I didn't need them. I returned the trailer earlier then tge standard reservation and was told by customer service that, one way rentals are not subject to reimbursement. That is something that the agent should know.
