When asked to by you to drop off at a location other than what I reserved for, don't take the shortest route to the drop off point and then I have to pay for extra miles that would not have been used if this was not the case. 605-519-4238

mike H.FYI.... I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone. Reservation was otiginslly made to be picked up in Silver creek, NY. Teservation was under my wifes name 716-680-2975, go to pick up equipment, we called, the guy says I dint have your eqjuipment, it was never brought yo location snd he told us i am under the weather i am not coming in and if uou want the equipment you have to go an hour away to jamestown to get the equipment. Thank gid i found Rodger and Sons. But Ugaul you beed better customer servive and fof yhe trouble uou caused pn ghe day of pickup I will bever deal with you and I should get a refund.
