Craig S.The. Telephone number for this site needs more help waiting a 1/2 hour for someone to pick up the call is unacceptable. Online checking was not easy fast or efficient. I was late due to traffic - online iissues with picking up the truck caused the the time to expire. Waiting almost 1 1/2 hours to talk to someone on the phone was completely unacceptable. If the call drops and your in the middle of helping a customer you should call them back instead of having go back into the very long wait time queue.
