I returned my trailer here and they would not check it in for days. I had to call them several time. Lastly, I had to call the UHaul customer service line which called them to finish my check in.Harsh P.

My truck had garbage from previous use and was all dirty inside and had no gas. I was in the rush and asked for another trust with reasonable amount of fuel inside and was told that they had no truck with gas! I don't understand at all ! All trucks at this location had no gas in them. How are you a moving business with no fuel inside your trucks? I need someone to explain to me please?Adis M.

Business is conducted through a small window of a mobile home. This is not your traditional building structure where you walk in and pick out supplies and have a desk you can approach. Packaging supplies not available at this location.Jonathan R.
We ordered a dolly and a few blankets with the U-haul but when we arrived they said that they had neither as they never received the booking for it? Either way, they were out of dollies and blankets and couldn't get us any, which definitely threw a wrench in our living day!Sean B.

I paid for insurance on the move. The ridiculously expensive trailer to rent I got leaked and ruined furniture of mine. Apparently the insurance doesn't cover what I wanted to insure. I also paid for roadside assistance just to eliminate that concern as well. My car broke down a quarter of a way through my cross country trip. Not only would they not help with my car, they wouldn't even tow my trailer to a safe space while my car was fixed. My advice, go somewhere else. U-Haul is a massive rip off.David K.

More info when renting a trailer would be helpful. Unless I made the mistake, I didn't realize I needed the extra equipment. My suburban comes with the hitch. I assumed, (shame on me) that the trailer would hook into it. When speaking to the folks at U-Haul corporate I wasn't told of this or at least corrected. Thank you. This location has no equipment other than trucks. I was not told this by anyone until I got there to pick up the truck. The truck they gave me had LESS than the 1/4 of a tank they told me it had. When I turned on the truck the gas light was on. Had to rush to a gas station hoping the truck didn't run out of gas. Finally I was told, rather impolitely, that I need to park the truck in the back of the building when there is a literal sign telling me to park the truck where I did. Worst U-Haul experience I've ever had and it seemed like this location genuinely doesn't care about maintaining your equipment or reputation. Will be avoiding this location at all cost.Jared L.

The customer service was short and rude. Not helpful in problem solving an error on Uhual-end. Chose this location, 700 W Erie, specially reserved 2 dollys and was told upon arrival that there were no dolly's at this location. The employee's response was not helpful and his solution was to cancel the truck order or move without the requested dolly.
