We originally selected a different location and it was changed the day before we had to pick up the truck. The dolly and furniture pads we ordered were not available. We tried to use the mobile check in and it continuously asked us to call for assistance. When we did the customer service rep continued to ask us to repeat the same process resulting in the same issue instead of fixing the problem. The customer service rep was rude and spoke to us like we were incompetent even though we reiterated that we followed his directions to a T. It was overall a horrible and stressful experience. The gentlemen inside the store was helpful and nice. That’s the only positive thing. Even he was upset that they transferred us without our requested equipment.
